The Shire is seeking expressions of interest for the lease of 10 Rowlands St, Beacon. The property is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit with a 6-month lease on offer.
The current rental charge is $135.00 per week. Rent is payable two weeks in advance and a bond equating to four weeks rent payable is due at the commencement of the lease. The unit is not suitable for dogs.
