Shop 2, 3 and 4 Sandalwood Shops, Monger St, Bencubbin

The Shire is seeking expressions of interest from community members for the lease of Shop 2, 3 and 4 Sandalwood Shops, Monger St, Bencubbin.

Expressions of Interest are to be in writing, and we recommend you include sufficient details of how and when the space will be used. Any proposed modifications to the building should also be included in your submission.

The rent for each shop space is as follows:

• Shop 2 - $32.50 per week
• Shop 3 & 4 - $65.00 per week

Rent is payable two weeks in advance and a bond equating to four weeks rent payable due at the commencement of a lease.

Submissions can be emailed (admin@mtmarshall.wa.gov.au), posted or hand delivered to the Shire.
