The Construction and Fitout Works include, but are not limited to the following:
a. The provision of Construction Services including demolition and fitout works at the premises in accordance with this Works Brief and its Attachments; and
b. Procurement, installation and commissioning of Fitout items (Including workstation and loose furniture).
c. These combined works are for the delivery of new or refurbished:
i. Offices
ii. Hybrid hearing/Conference room
iii. Registry Counter
iv. Utilities area
v. General office areas
vi. Breakout rooms
vii. Tea prep room
viii. Amenities
ix. Public waiting
x. Secure back of house areas
xi. New Workstations
xii. Joinery; an
xiii. Loose furniture.
xiv. New Security Desk

The file: RFT-2026-0044 - RFT - Stage 1 Documents- Construction Services - Dandenong.zip includes the Stage 1 Documents for initial review by Tenderers.
Tenderers MUST complete and return their Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreements before they will be provided the Stage 2 documents and are able to attend the Industry Briefing.
Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreements to be returned no later than 5pm 18 February to tenders@fedcourt.gov.au
