Construction of Amenities Building and Equipment Storage - Reserve 1000, Golden Beach

Council is seeking the services of appropriately qualified and experienced building Contractor to undertake the construction of an amenities building including equipment storage.

The much-needed amenities and equipment storage is required to service the growing membership of the Caloundra and District Netball Association, the largest club based at Reserve 1000 with over 1800 participants who are mostly female (96%). The facilities will encompass toilets, changerooms, storage room, and shower, with the project aiming to support women and girls participation in netball and other outdoor court use.

The successful Contractor will be required to provide all materials, plant and labour, and to perform all necessary operations of whatever kind, to ensure the completion of works associated with this Contract.

It is anticipated that works will commence mid-April 2026. Due to conditional funding agreements functional completion is required no later than 30 October 2026.
