Tender Description
The Kilcoy Streetscape Revitalisation Masterplan is a blueprint that establishes a bold and ambitious vision and concept master plan for the Town centre of Kilcoy. The Plan was developed with a focus on priorities for redevelopment, public realm enhancements and infrastructure upgrades to create a distinctive and attractive place, strengthen the local economy and attract people to stop, interact and engage. The Revitalisation Masterplan is supported by a pragmatic implementation plan with prioritised initiatives and economic analysis that demonstrate the future value of the plan and investment in the concepts for Kilcoy.
