Tender Description
The Principal invites the Tenderer to submit a Tender for the Cape Schanck Lightstation Precinct Conservation Construction Works
The scope of works include:
- Demolition of two out-buildings with hazardous materials
- Conservation works, focusing on roof and rainwater good replacements with some minor render and timber conservation works
- Installation of non-mandatory fire protection system and removal of existing fire protection system
The purpose of this RFT is to:
- provide information to Tenderers about the Cape Schanck Lightstation Precinct Conservation Construction Works
- set out the Conditions of Tendering that will govern the Tender Process
- invite each Tenderer to submit a fully costed and binding Tender for participation in the Cape Schanck Lightstation Precinct Conservation Construction Works, which complies with the Conditions of Tendering and
- inform Tenderers of the evaluation criteria that the Principal will use to evaluate Tenders.
