The VLSB is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) to this Invitation for the provision of Goods and/or Services as outlined in Part A.2 – Specifications.
This Invitation is to express interest in joining the VLSB’s External Intervention s Panel (EI Panel). The EI Panel comprises persons who are qualified to undertake functions under Chapter 6 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria) ( Uniform Law ) ; namely, persons suitably qualified to be appointed as supervisors of trust money, managers and/or receivers of regulated property within the meaning of the Uniform Law.
