Tender Description
MidCoast Council is seeking to engage a suitability qualified and experienced consultants to undertake the full scope of Design, Planning, and Approval Services for the proposed Storage Construction Sheds located at Dee Crescent, Tuncurry NSW.
The objective of this engagement is to deliver all documentation, plans, and reports necessary to obtain Development Application (DA) approval on behalf of MidCoast Council and to progress the design to Issue for Construction (IFC) stage, including the preparation of full tender documentation to facilitate the construction procurement process.
