Tender Description

Council (the Principal) is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Civil contractors, able to complete the full civil, sewer, stormwater, potable water, electrical and NBN works for the proposed new residential subdivision located between Rose Street, Ainsworth Street and Coleman Road, Parkes, NSW

Stage 1 of the new development includes 9 residential lots. This tender is for the subdivision works package for stage 1 only as detailed in the plans, specifications, scope of works, contract and other tender documents.
