Tender Description
This Request For Tender (RFT) is for prefabrication design and construction of a new wing of rooms to replace the current Northern Barracks, which has 13 bedrooms and grouped bathrooms, with new ensuited rooms suitable for both the schools/group and leisure tourism markets. An option of a 14th room is requested.
Sovereign Hill will demolish the existing building in preparation for this project.
