Tender Description
The Authority requires the construction, installation and commission of a new building which is required to be portable.
The building includes reception area, office space, kitchen, amenities, decking and verandah.
The Authority are seeking to engage a building contractor to undertake all works involved in the final design, plan and building approvals, construction, installation and commissioning of the new building.
