Expression of interest from interested builders.
Moyne Health Services is seeking an HVAC construction company to replace existing hydronic heating with reverse cycle air conditioning.
Works include:
• Decommission, remove & dispose of 2 x heating hot water boiler systems, including associated pipework within plant areas, pumps, flues, including roof repairs & electrical wiring. Removal of all internal hydronic heating panels, including capping & sealing of pipework inside of walls.
• patching & painting of internal plaster walls only following removal of hydronic panels.
• Installation of 28 x wall mounted split systems, including all associated R32 pipe work, condensation drains & condensation pumps where required.
