Provision of an Offer Initiatives Digital Payment Solution and Services

The Department of the Premier and Cabinet?s (the Department) Office of Digital Government (DGov) seeks to integrate a rebates capability (offers) within the ServiceWA App (the App) to enable citizens (users) to receive a payment from the Western Australian Government for eligible purchases and enable agencies to use the App as the digital payment option for future offer initiatives.

This Request is to establish a new Cooperative Procurement Arrangement (CPA) for the provision of a commercial off-the-shelf hosted offer initiatives digital payment solution as a service and services where a digital payment option is required for an offer initiative.
