Registrations sought for Commercially Registered Builders for Marian College Myrtleford New Wellbeing and Learning Centre
Construction of a new single-storey education building with associated works and the demolition of the existing classroom building Total building approx. 407m.
Tenderer's registration to include and will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Submission quality;
- Previous relevant company experience;
- Personnel experience;
- Current commitments;
- Perceived financial viability;
- References or past experience with clients and design team;
- Proximity;
- and Perceived ability to provide an appropriate service on this. project.
Registration does not imply selection on a limited tender list. Documents expected to be released to selected tender list August 2023.
