This Expression of Interest (EOI) Brief has been prepared to provide information to assist prospective Respondents in the preparation and submission of expressions of interest to tender for a Strategy-Operation Integration Review of Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS). A full briefing and brief will be supplied to the successful short listed EOI applicants to enable them to prepare a detailed tender for the project.
The Latrobe Community Health Service Board is seeking suitably qualified and experienced parties to undertake a review of the strategy-operations nexus in LCHS. It is expected this will involve consideration of the following:
Delivery of the strategic objectives.
Delivery of operational flexibility to allow for sustainable growth and shifting demand for community health services.
Delivery of strategic operational efficiency and effectiveness.
