Tender Description
Purpose - EOI to provide a service to Mawarnkarra Health Service located in Roebourne, Western Australia.
- To develop a scope of work for a Program/SEWB building, inclusive of initial building design principles, layout and high-level costs
- Scope to be developed with existing MHS owned land parcels and land (no intention to purchase further land)
- To be able to progress a submission for a Major Capital Works Grant

- MHS to provide information on land parcels held and in use
- Meeting with MHS staff and board and community members to develop a scope of work
- A completed scope of work (in word document format) with:
Project objectives and principles
Schedule/Milestones
Individual Tasks
Deliverables
Cost Information including contingencies
Expected Outcomes
Terms, conditions, and requirements
Services NOT Included
Award of this work does not constitute a promise for any additional work with MHS
Key Skills Required of Tenderer:
- Understanding of working with an Aboriginal Controlled Community Controlled organisation

- building knowledge and experience within the Pilbara environment
- Capability to deliver scope of this work
- Meet government requirements in regards to vaccination for COVID-19 in a Tier 2 health facility
should site visit be allowed/required
- Ability to work in teleconference environment
Engagement Timing
MHS anticipate that this activity would occur in late January / February
Review of responses to this EOI intended to be a short process with brief interviews over phone
