Tender Description

Sport NZ wishes to engage a suitably experienced and qualified service provider to supply a complete Sport and Recreation Mediation Service (SRMS).

Sport NZ requires an independently operated, complete SRMS that includes a:
• complaints handling hotline and triaging service (triaging service);
• whistle-blower hotline;
• facilitated resolution service; and
• mediation service.
