Tender Description
The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is seeking Tenders for the supply of Facility Support Services at NGV International, 180 St. Kilda Rd, The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia, in Federation Square and other sites in the central Melbourne area.
The NGV wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide the labour and other resources for the following services:
1. Mail Room Services
2. General Loading Dock Operations
3. Function Setup and Operations Services
4. Transport Vehicle Dispatch and Retrieval Services
5. Construction/Demolition Labour Services
Please note: effective from 1 July 2019, it is a requirement of the Victorian State Government, that all Tenderers must be registered on the new Victorian Local Jobs First Management Centre (VMC).
A mandatory tender site inspection of the sites will be held on Monday 23 September, 2019. A maximum of two (2) persons from your organisation may attend
You are required to pre-register for your attendance by COB Friday 20 September, 2019 at contracts@ngv.vic.gov.au
Tenders close at 2pm on Thursday 17 October 2019.
