Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest. The National Trust of Australia (Victoria) is seeking expressions of interest from hospitality operators for the lease of property for the purpose of a cafe.

The property is located in the basement and rear of 2 Parliament Place, East Melbourne, and is available from 1st January 2019.

To be considered for this opportunity, companies will need to demonstrate expertise in hospitality and the management of heritage buildings.
